What You See!

T seems to have cornered the market on one essential commodity: common sense. Other people use their intelligence to dream up new ideas or processes, but she is happy just hitting the nail on the head with her straightforward approach to life. And her advice can be deceptively simple and 100% effective. She is one of the most reasonable yet sharp individuals that one is likely to come across.

What You Don't See!

You don't have to look hard to find out what is going on in T's private self: all you have to do is ask. Usually it involves a concern about what she is going to do for entertainment that night or where her friends are. Don't expect to discover any deeply held secrets or emotions, unless of course there are some that she knows are important to you. In that case she may tell you what she thinks you would like to hear.

Bubbling Under the Surface!

T hates being different and she doesn't want to be separate from those people in her life she feels are important. She's happy following the wishes of the crowd and blending right into the mainstream of life. She hates to be put in a position where she must support an unpopular view.

Special Attractions

Practicality is very important to T. For instance, she is more likely to buy something if it is useful or durable, and she's certainly one to avoid that which is out-of-the-ordinary. She tries to maintain her basic level-headedness in every aspect of her sojourn through life.

What Dr. Freud Has to Say About T

One of T's favorite defense mechanisms is altruism. Here she gains satisfaction of her needs by providing constructive services to others, and she experiences their pleasure and satisfaction indirectly, or vicariously.

Habits and Addictions

Originality is not T's strong point and she likes it that way just fine. Let other people get all the attention and make fools of themselves if they like. T is happy going along with popular opinion. In fact, T literally is popular opinion. If you ask her her views on nearly any issue, you can be sure that a substantial percentage of people agree with her. T craves and loves acceptance in the crowd, and her way ot achieve that is to row with the current, not against it.

Career Leanings

Love of stability and normalcy characterizes T, who is perfectly suited for the work place. In most situations you can expect T to be a model employee. She gets along well with others, is easy to manage, does what is expected of her and is loyal to the organization. As long as she is treated right, she should be a pleasure to have around. You don't have to shower T with bonuses. Just give her a regular paycheck, good benefits and a fair retirement package. . In return, she'll give you a fair day's work for her pay. She is likely to be happy in any one of the following positions: IBM employee, civil service worker, office clerk and high school teacher.

Hidden Desires

If you're looking for someone with a passionate, unpredictable appetite for love, who is filled with sexual surprises, look in a romantic novel. When it comes to sex, T is the definition of normal. She is likely to have a very healthy fantasy life, nothing too kinky. Though you may not explore any new heights of arousal, you can console yourself that T suffers from few hang-ups, frustrations, and repressions. And although sometimes she may not seem very liberated, she can usually be convinced to go along with any suggestions her partner makes; provided that they are gradual, non-threatening and that things don't get too out of hand.

How to Make Friends with T

If making friends with T is your goal, be prepared to share the same values as her peers, friends and family. At the very least, you'll need to act as if you enjoy doing the things that they like to do. Remember that T is above all a socially sensitive person, eager to conform to the expectations and opinions of her crowd, her neighbors and others close to her. Don't expect her to venture off with you too far beyond the regular haunts of her friends, unless they are going off on their own accord. T is a loyal group member who will rarely swim against the current of popular opinion; there is not a rebellious bone in her body. So be aware that conformity and acceptance are desirable behavior to her.

How to Influence T

One of the worst situations T can imagine is to be left out or ostracized by her friends, family or co-workers. Therefore, when attempting to persuade or influence her, consider using subtle pressure. Play on her need to be accepted by implying that failure to take your position could cause her to be excluded from an important group. Suggest that doing as you propose will lead to love and admiration from others around her.
